Hi, I’m Jodi Kell!
With over 12 years of experience as a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, I specialize in a variety of services, including Permanent Eyebrows, Eyeliner, Lip Color, Freckles, Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), and my favorite—Corrective Work. My journey began in 2014 when I transitioned from a Professional Makeup Artist to pursuing my passion for design, creativity, and natural artistic talent in Permanent Makeup (PMU). Since then, I have performed over 6,000 procedures!
When I’m not in my studio or traveling for conventions, you’ll likely find me at home taking an online PMU course with my dog, Johnny, by my side.

My expertise includes correcting “botched brows” from past or unwanted PMU, and I am certified in Non-Laser Tattoo Removal. My deep understanding of Color Theory has led to one of my most significant achievements: receiving a sponsorship from Ever After Pigments, a high-end pigment brand I proudly use in my studio. Only nine individuals worldwide have received this sponsorship! This premium pigment line is Vegan, Cruelty-Free, and made in the United States—attributes that are incredibly important to me as I strive to provide the highest quality for my clients.
